Unfortunately I discovered my roof was leaking and I needed to find someone who could be here in a timely manner and do a good job. After several calls to roofers in the area (and beyond) I chose Maven Roofing. After a lot of discussions, thought and consideration, I decided to replace the entire roof as it would be the best thing to do. Having peace of mind was a big factor. I’ve owned several homes and have had to put a new roof on a few of them. I have to say that my experience with Maven is by far the best experience I’ve ever had! Everyone, from start to finish, that I spoke with was friendly, courteous and quite knowledgeable. Every question I asked was answered quickly and with precise expertise. My roof was leaking and the next day after I called Maven after finding them on line, Austin E. came out to my house. He is AWESOME and available for me to contact throughout the entire process. He provided a very thorough perspective on the condition of my roof, made a recommendation, and then followed up sending other colleagues out to evaluate the roof to help ensure that I was making the right decision on next steps. Once I made the decision to replace my roof, the best crew on the planet came out to work on my roof. It's a fairly large roof and a team of 8 workers replaced my room over a 3 day period. Anthony, the onsight Maven Supv. and Emanuel, the leader over the crew were great. The crew were focused and worked very hard. They were all very friendly and did an amazing job from start to finish. I typically don't write long reviews but, i feel this one deserves it. 1st the pros; We woke up to water leaking into the bedroom, i called several roofing company's, all required I leave my contact info and they would get in touch. With water leaking i did not have time to wait. I called Maven and got the same message. The good news is they called me back in about 15 minutes. Austin was here in about 3 hours to inspect the roof. We got an estimate and we were able to negotiate a price we both were comfortable with. The work performed was exceptional, the crew was professional and courteous. Spencer was our project manager and kept us informed on the whole project. It did take a little longer than expected but, Spencer and the crew powered through to finish the same day. The next morning two others showed up to assure the clean up was complete, they also took pictures of the roof. Spencer called the next day and said he looked at the pictures and saw a few things he was not satisfied with. he came back with the crew and fixed the couple things he saw. 2nd the cons (very minor) I had to deal with several different folks throughout this project, all were very polite and professional. Austin, Spencer, and Crystal, and a couple others ( i apologize i do not know all the names.) these folks do exceptional work, just be aware they are not cheap, but exceptional work is not cheap.
